"For the next album, I've been working on writing on the road, but as far as a sound, I just know its gonna be balls out, irreverent rock and roll.
I've been pretty much in this 70s rock and roll kick and I want to capture some of the true essence of what rock and roll is, and that's just irreverence and sexiness and fun and not giving a fuck, so well definitely put a bit of rock and roll in it."
Ke$ha who plays British music festivals Glastonbury and T in the Park, said that she would not rule out teaming up with one of her 70s idols to make the next album.
"I really would love to connect with one of my idols, I mean, that's my dream. I'm working on it."
Currently there is no release date for the next record. How it will sit with her current fans remains to be seen!
